Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by our authorized payment provider, and you will receive a receipt by email after each payment.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your account automatically moves to the Free plan.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Your projects are never deleted. If you exceed the Free plan limits, you can still open, view, and export your existing content within the Free plan's limits, but you won't be able to create new projects or scenes until you are back within the limits or upgrade again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your charge by contacting us at sclera.support@gmail.com. After that window, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, your account is restricted to Free plan limits. Your existing content remains accessible, and you can restore Pro by updating your payment method.
